FAQs

The questions travellers ask most often about comparing travel on Sky Seeker.

Does Sky Seeker sell tickets?

No. Sky Seeker is a metasearch platform. We compare prices and availability from trusted travel providers and redirect you to the provider's website to complete your booking there.

Who handles my booking and payment?

The travel provider you are redirected to. Bookings, payments, changes, cancellations, refunds and customer support are all handled by that provider under their own terms.

Does Sky Seeker charge a fee?

Sky Seeker is free to search. We may earn an affiliate commission when you continue to a partner site and complete a booking. This never changes the price you pay.

Why do prices sometimes change on the partner site?

Provider inventory and fares move in real time. The price shown on Sky Seeker is the last price we received and should always be confirmed on the provider's own page.

What can I compare on Sky Seeker?

Flights and hotels, across airports and destinations worldwide, in the currency and language you choose.

Can I change the currency prices are shown in?

Yes. Use the currency selector in the header to switch between EUR, USD, GBP, INR, AED, AUD, CAD, JPY and SGD. Your choice is remembered in your browser. Providers may still charge in their own currency.

Do you store my payment details?

No. Sky Seeker never collects card or payment information. Payment happens entirely on the travel provider's own secure website.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

Contact the travel provider you booked with, using the reference in their confirmation email. Sky Seeker has no access to provider booking systems.
